Development Environment: Knowledge Builder

• Fixed phantom XpertRule @command error related to @Do and local OLE object
• Fixed XML import/export to correctly handle boolean property decision tree splits
• Incorrectly hiding the "Exposed Objects" tab on the Knowledge Module editor for windows deployment when licence contained webinference deployment
• Extended deployment to trap and continue if duplicate names found in JavaScript deployment
